Blessed.

So recently, I have been so extremely blessed. The Lord has helped me manage my schoolwork and both jobs this semester. It has never been easy, but oh has it been do-able because of Him. I also have found time for my calling and going to the temple every week. I truly love Rexburg and the people here. I'm stinkin busy but I have the best roomies (again) and my best friend to help me through all of those bad days that hit once in awhile. My family and I have run into a few challenges but we have remained strong and are closer then ever, which I didn't think was possible. ;) I also have realized what amazing Grandparents I have on both sides of the family. I always knew they were special but because of them, my burdens are made light. Me and my parents are so grateful for them and their examples. What wonderful people I am surrounded by! I have been able to listen to two apostles and several other wonderful speakers these last few months and have the best on-campus job ever! I get to talk to my momma on the phone often during the week and I feel closer to my family even though we are farther away. I love the people I work with and I come home everyday to the funnest girls who help to build each other up. They are all such beautiful spiritual sisters and daughters of the Lord. I am also taking two night religion classes along with my other religion classes and I love them! I go to work and do homework and then for an hour or two I get to listen to Brother Baggett and Brother Hayes at the Taylor, who are such spiritual and smart men. I feel my testimony strengthened each day because of them. The Lord constantly allows me to wake up each day and he gently reminds me what I have. I am so grateful to Him and His Son. Rexburg is such a great place to feel the spirit. I love it here.
My roomie Steph got her mission call to the Utah, Provo mission! Way to go Steph, we love you!

I recently had the opportunity to teach a class of 3rd graders for a project for my Understanding DNA class. The kids were so much fun to teach...I thought about changing my major to Elementary Ed for like 2 seconds because of them...:)

Me and Alli LOVE to take trips to Idaho Falls when we can and go to the temple there. Last week we were the only ones there for baptisms and had it all to ourselves! SO beautiful inside...I love the oldness to it.
View from my bedroom window...it kept snowing ALL DAY!

My lovely Brazilian friend, Carol and I at Elder Cook's fireside last Sunday which was SO inspirational. I felt the Spirit so strongly because of this wonderful message from an apostle of the Lord.
 I love these girls!

First Week...again. 2nd Semester!

New Room at La Jolla and everything is so crazy here! I have barely had time to spend too much time with my new roomies but I will post pictures soon. I miss my old roomies like crazy though! I have been training all week and have officially started my job as a Peer Advisor at the Academic Discovery Center: Language and Letters Center at the Smith Building here on campus at BYU-I. I LOVE IT! It's so awesome to work with such great people on such a spiritual campus. I love being here at this university! Devo starts next week and so far classes are good. I love my New Testament: 2nd half. What a great teacher! Anyways that's all for now. Too bad it still smells like rotten potatoes in my room : p
